If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our simple return rules below.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare or cosmetic products.

2. Exchanges

• If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oreaskincarepaphos@gmail.com or 97767575. We’ll replace the item after reviewing the case.

3. How to Return

• You can return the product directly to our boutique or arrange a local collection.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products

• Items purchased on sale or during promotions
