Ordering & Delivery

Do you deliver across Cyprus?

Yes! We deliver to all areas of Cyprus, including Paphos, Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, and Famagusta. Delivery takes 1–3 business days.

Is delivery free?

Yes — delivery is free on all orders over €35. For orders under €35, a small delivery fee applies.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Absolutely! In-store pickup is available at our Paphos boutique at no extra cost. Visit us at Agapinoros 14, Shop 2, 8049 Pafos.

Products & Korean Skincare

Are your products authentic?

Yes — all products sold at ORÈA are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official brand distributors, with proper CPNP and EU RP information.

Are the products suitable for Mediterranean skin?

Korean skincare is highly adaptable and works beautifully for Mediterranean skin types. Our team can help you find the right products for your skin concerns.

Do you offer skincare advice?

Yes! Visit us in store for a personalised skincare consultation, or contact us with your questions.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange or refund promptly.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products, masks, and lip products cannot be returned unless faulty.
